RCTFVV prompts: what it is and when to use it
Role, Context, Task, Format, Verification, Validation. RCTFVV extends RCTF with two checking steps. Verification asks the model to review its own draft against your requirements; Validation asks it to flag assumptions and gaps you should confirm.
When to use it
Use it for higher-stakes work where a confident-sounding mistake would be costly: reports, policies, analysis, anything someone else will rely on.
