About ThinkWithPrompt
ThinkWithPrompt is a free library of curated, ready-to-use AI prompts. It exists to help people get better, more reliable results from AI without having to become prompt engineers first.
Why we built it
Most people who use AI at work start from a blank box, type a short request and get a generic answer back. The difference between that and a genuinely useful result is usually structure: telling the model who to be, what the situation is, what to produce and in what shape. ThinkWithPrompt puts that structure into prompts you can use straight away.
How the library is curated
Every prompt in the library is organised by task, topic and prompt framework, so you can find one by what you are trying to do rather than by guessing keywords. Each prompt:
- follows a named prompt framework, such as RTF, RCTF, RCTFVV, Few-Shot or Chain-of-Thought;
- uses highlighted [blanks] for the details only you know, so it adapts to your situation instead of producing something generic;
- is checked for structure, clear titles and the right category, and prompts that fall short are rewritten or removed.
Many of the higher-stakes prompts ask the model to check its own work and list the assumptions you should confirm, because a confident-sounding mistake is the most expensive kind.
Open dataset
The whole library is also published as an open dataset under the CC BY 4.0 licence, so researchers, teachers and builders can use the prompts in their own work. Download it from GitHub or Hugging Face (JSONL and CSV). Please credit “ThinkWithPrompt by Synottic” and link to the prompt’s page; every row includes its address.
Who it is for
Anyone who uses ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or a similar assistant for real work: writing and email, meetings, sales and marketing, data and analysis, HR, legal and finance drafts, software development, learning and personal planning. Browse the topics to see the full range.
Why ThinkWithPrompt is free
We believe knowing how to work with AI should be as open as knowing how to read. So the whole library, the prompt generator, My Context and the prompt engineering course are free for everyone, with no paywall on the prompts. AI features such as creating a prompt have a fair monthly allowance, only because each AI request costs us money.
ThinkWithPrompt is funded by real work, not by you: organisations pay the Synottic AI Institute to train their teams, and that work keeps this library free. There are no ads and no advertising trackers, analytics from Google are used only if you agree, and we never sell personal data. If your team would like hands-on help, tell us about it.

Using AI responsibly
Prompts help you ask better questions; they do not make an AI's answer correct. Review what the model gives you before you rely on it, especially for legal, financial, medical or other high-stakes decisions, and never paste in information you are not allowed to share.
