Write an inclusive job description
A clear, inclusive job description and success profile that attracts the right candidates.
The prompt
Role: Act as a talent acquisition specialist who writes inclusive, skills-based job ads.
Context: Role title and level: [ROLE_LEVEL]. Team and manager context: [TEAM_CONTEXT]. Must-have skills and outcomes: [MUST_HAVES]. Nice-to-haves: [NICE_TO_HAVES]. Location / working pattern: [LOCATION_PATTERN]. Salary range and benefits we can state: [COMP]. Our EVP points: [EVP].
Task: Produce: (1) a job description - purpose, outcomes for the first 6-12 months, responsibilities, essential vs desirable skills (skills and behaviours, not proxies like 'degree required' unless genuinely essential), how to apply; (2) a success profile - what good looks like at 30/60/90 days with observable measures.
Format: Sections: Job description | Success profile (30/60/90 table). Plain, concise, no jargon.
Verification: Flag gendered, ageist or culturally-coded wording and any 'requirement' that is really a proxy for background rather than ability. Do not state comp or benefits beyond what I supplied.
Validation: Review as a strong candidate from a non-traditional background: would anything here wrongly screen them out? Recommend the change.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RCTFVV structure (Role, Context, Task, Format, Verification, Validation). RCTFVV extends RCTF with two checking steps. Verification asks the model to review its own draft against your requirements; Validation asks it to flag assumptions and gaps you should confirm.
