Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of ThinkWithPrompt (thinkwithprompt.com), a product of Synottic™, a brand of Mindaks Global Private Limited. By using the website you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The service

ThinkWithPrompt is a library of curated AI prompts that you can search, read, copy, save and open in third-party AI tools. Signed-in users can also use AI features that create or adapt prompts. ThinkWithPrompt is free to use. We will not put the prompt library behind a paywall. AI features have a fair-use monthly allowance because each request has a real cost. We may add, change or remove features. Organisations can separately engage Synottic for training programmes, under their own terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can read your sign-in emails can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@synottic.com if you suspect misuse.
• You can delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• Signing in needs no password: we email you a one-time link and code.
• An account includes occasional emails from Synottic, described in section 8.

3. Using the prompts

You may copy, adapt and use the prompts in the library for your own personal or business purposes, including in work you produce for others. You may not republish, resell or redistribute the library, or a substantial part of it, as a collection or competing product, or scrape it by automated means, without our written permission.

4. AI features and AI output

• AI features send the text you enter to an AI model, which we run on servers we control or obtain from a third-party provider, to generate a result. Do not enter information you are not allowed to share, or sensitive personal data.
• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing it before you use or rely on it.
• AI features such as Create with AI are in beta: they may be slower than usual or produce weaker results while we improve them. Please send feedback to feedback@synottic.com.
• Usage of AI features may be limited (for example a number of requests per month) and the limits may change.
• Prompts you create and save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
• When you open a prompt in a third-party AI tool, that tool’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

5. Not professional advice

Prompts and AI output are for general information and productivity. They are not legal, financial, medical, mental-health or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything in those areas.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service, or prompts from it, for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory;
• use AI features to generate content that infringes others’ rights or violates the AI providers’ usage policies;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or bypass the security or usage limits of the service;
• access the service by automated means except through public, documented interfaces and within reasonable limits;
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organisation.

7. Intellectual property

The ThinkWithPrompt name, logo, website design, software and the selection and arrangement of the library are owned by Mindaks Global Private Limited or its licensors. “Synottic” is a trademark of Mindaks Global Private Limited. Third-party names such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; their use does not imply endorsement.

8. Emails from Synottic

When you create an account, you agree to receive occasional emails from Synottic, the company behind ThinkWithPrompt:

• What: free courses and lessons, new prompts and guides, updates to the prompt engineering course, and offers for Synottic AI courses and programmes, such as training through the Synottic AI Institute.
• How often: only occasionally, when there is something worth your time.
• Unsubscribing: every such email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also switch them off in My account. You keep your account and ThinkWithPrompt stays free. If you unsubscribe, signing in again will not re-subscribe you.
• Your address: we never sell or rent it. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

You will always receive the emails needed to use your account, such as sign-in links. Without an account you can also ask for these emails, for example when you enquire about a programme.

Asking about Synottic programmes for your team does not create a purchase or an obligation on either side; any programme will have its own proposal and terms that you can accept or decline.

9. Third-party links and services

The website links to third-party AI tools and websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that prompts or AI output will produce any particular result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindaks Global Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, prompts or AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free service is limited to INR 5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India and proceedings in English.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, tell signed-in users. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
