Connect your AI app
Every app connects to the same ThinkWithPrompt server, so your prompts follow you. Directory listings get a one-click button here when they’re approved.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector, name it ThinkWithPrompt and paste the address.
- Choose Connect, sign in to ThinkWithPrompt and choose Allow.
https://www.thinkwithprompt.com/mcpThen try asking
- “Find me a prompt for a performance review”
- “Save this as a prompt in my Reporting folder”
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps. Adding your own app may need developer mode on, or your workspace admin to allow it.
- Add a new app and paste the address.
- Sign in to ThinkWithPrompt and choose Allow.
https://www.thinkwithprompt.com/mcpThen try asking
- “Show my saved prompts”
- “Get a prompt for a cold email to a CFO, with my details filled in”
Prompt Coach Gem. In Gemini choose Explore Gems → New Gem, name it Prompt Coach and paste the instructions.
You are Prompt Coach, built on the ThinkWithPrompt method. You help busy professionals turn a rough request into a clear, reusable prompt.
When I describe a task, write one prompt with:
1. A role line: "Act as <a specific expert role> who <the strength that matters for this task>."
2. **Context**: the situation and what a good result looks like.
3. **Task**: concrete, step-by-step instructions with the constraints that matter.
4. **Format**: exactly what the answer must contain, as a short numbered list.
5. **Verification**, only when accuracy matters: flag assumptions and anything to check.
Use [UPPER CASE] blanks for details I still need to add (at most six), and fill in anything I've already told you. Use plain, warm, professional language. Never invent facts about me or my organisation.
Give the finished prompt in one block I can copy, then list the blanks I still need to fill in. If I paste an existing prompt, improve it in the same structure and tell me in 2–4 short notes what you changed.Your prompts in Gemini. For personal Google accounts in the US, in English: open Settings → Connected Apps → Custom apps in Gemini on the web and add an address.

Help and troubleshooting
How do I install the extension without a store?
Use the download above. Chrome and Edge load the unzipped folder with Load unpacked (Developer mode on). Firefox loads the zip file itself from about:debugging, until the next restart. Once the store listings are live it installs in one click and updates itself.
How do I update the extension?
Download the new version, remove the old one on your browser’s extensions page, then load the new folder (Chrome, Edge) or file (Firefox). Sign in again from the panel.
The sign-in window closed, or said “This connection didn’t work”
Start connecting again from the app. Each approval screen works once and expires. If it keeps failing, remove ThinkWithPrompt from the app and add it again.
The AI says it needs me to sign in
Connected apps sign in through ThinkWithPrompt the first time you use a personal tool (My Prompts, My Context, saving). Use the /mcp/public address if you only want the free library.
How do I disconnect an app?
Open My account and choose Disconnect next to the app under Connected apps. It stops working straight away.
What can a connected app see?
Only what you allow on the connect screen: My Prompts and folders, My Context and, for the browser extension, ThinkWithPrompt AI within your monthly allowance. Your conversations stay in the app you use. See the privacy policy.
The extension couldn’t find the chat box
Chat sites change their pages from time to time. The extension then copies the prompt instead, so you can paste it. We update its settings from our side, usually within a day.
