Run a prioritization workshop with stakeholders
A facilitation plan that gets competing stakeholders to agree on priorities using shared criteria.
The prompt
Help me plan and facilitate a prioritization workshop with stakeholders who want different things.
Participants: [ROLES AND WHAT EACH IS PUSHING FOR]
Items to prioritize: [LIST, OR ROUGH COUNT]
Goal or strategy we are prioritizing against: [OKRS, THEMES]
Capacity available: [e.g. one team for a quarter]
Time: [e.g. 90 minutes, in person or remote]
Known tensions: [CONFLICTS, POLITICS]
Design the session:
1. Pre-work: what to send and ask for beforehand, including evidence for each item.
2. Criteria: propose 3-5 scoring criteria tied to the goal (e.g. customer impact, strategic fit, confidence, effort) and how to agree on them at the start, before anyone sees scores.
3. Method: pick the best fit for this group, e.g. scoring matrix, buy-a-feature with a fixed budget, or forced ranking, and explain why.
4. Agenda with timings, facilitator script for each section, and how to keep the loudest voice from dominating.
5. How to handle deadlocks: tie-breakers and who has final say.
6. Output: what the group leaves with and how decisions get recorded.
7. A follow-up message template summarizing the decisions, what did not make the cut, and why.
Keep it practical; I will run it myself.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
