The prompt

Help me prioritize my open roles and plan my recruiting week. Open requisitions: [for each: role, hiring manager, days open, business priority, pipeline by stage, next deadline] Fixed commitments this week: [scheduled interviews, intake meetings, team meetings] Hours available for recruiting work: [e.g. 35] Recurring admin: [ATS updates, scheduling, reports] What's falling behind: [e.g. sourcing for 2 roles, candidate follow-ups] Do the following: 1. Rank my roles using business impact, urgency, pipeline health (how far each is from an offer), and risk of losing candidates. Show the ranking as a table with the reason for each. 2. Identify the single most important action per role this week (e.g. "get feedback on 3 finalists", "40 targeted outreaches", "reset requirements"). 3. Build a day-by-day plan with time blocks: sourcing blocks in the morning, candidate calls, batched admin and scheduling, and a buffer for last-minute interviews. 4. List what to delegate, automate (e.g. scheduling links, templates), or push back on. 5. Draft a short note to a hiring manager if I need to set expectations on a lower-priority role. Keep the plan realistic for my available hours - don't schedule more than about 80% of them.
