Write an FAQ page
FAQs built from real customer questions, with clear answers and logical grouping.
The prompt
Role: Act as a knowledge base manager writing an FAQ for a product area.
Context: Topic / feature: [TOPIC]. Real questions customers ask (from tickets, search, chat): [REAL_QUESTIONS]. The correct answers / source docs: [SOURCE_DOCS]. Audience and reading level: [AUDIENCE]. What is out of scope or sensitive: [OUT_OF_SCOPE].
Task: Produce 12-20 FAQs grouped by sub-topic. Phrase each question the way a customer would type it. Keep each answer to 1-3 sentences, accurate to the source docs, with a link to the fuller article where relevant. Flag any question that should route to a person rather than have a self-serve answer.
Format: Grouped FAQ list: Sub-topic > Q / A (with link). Plus a short 'route to support' list.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.
