Write a meeting invitation with a clear purpose and agenda
Drafts a calendar invite that says why the meeting exists, what will be decided, and how to prepare.
The prompt
Write a meeting invitation I can paste into Outlook, Google Calendar, or Teams.
Meeting topic: [TOPIC]
Why we're meeting: [THE PROBLEM OR DECISION]
Attendees and their role in the meeting: [NAMES/ROLES - decider, input, informed]
Length and format: [e.g. "30 min, video"]
Pre-reads or prep: [DOCUMENTS, DATA, OR "none"]
Topics to cover: [LIST]
The invite should include:
1. Title that names the outcome, not just the topic (e.g. "Decide Q3 vendor shortlist" rather than "Vendor sync").
2. Purpose - one sentence on why this needs a meeting.
3. Desired outcome - what will be decided or produced by the end.
4. Agenda - each item with minutes allocated and who leads it; the decision item early, not last.
5. Before the meeting - what to read or bring, and by when.
6. Who's needed and why - so optional attendees can opt out.
Rules:
- Under 150 words in the body; readable in a calendar preview.
- If my topics won't fit the time, say so and suggest what to cut or move to email.
- If the purpose could be handled in an email or async thread, tell me.
Also give me a one-line Teams or Slack note to send with the invite.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
