The prompt
Read the material below and give me a one-page brief with everything I need to know before my meeting.
Meeting: [TITLE, date, length]
Who will be there: [NAMES, ROLES, and anything I know about their positions]
My role in the meeting: [e.g. "presenting", "decision maker", "just attending", "representing my team"]
What I want to get out of it: [MY GOAL]
Background material: [PASTE EMAILS, DOCUMENTS, PREVIOUS MEETING NOTES, DATA]
Return, on one page:
1. Why this meeting is happening (2 sentences).
2. The 5 facts I must know, each with its source (which email or document it came from).
3. What has already been agreed and what is still open from previous discussions.
4. Who wants what: one line per attendee on their likely priority or concern, based only on the material.
5. Numbers to have at hand (exactly as they appear in the material).
6. Likely questions I will get and short answers.
7. My goal and the ask I should make.
8. What I have not been told: gaps or inconsistencies in the material worth checking before I walk in.
Rules: use only the material provided. If sources disagree (e.g. two different dates or numbers), show both and flag it. Do not guess people's opinions beyond what the material shows.
