Run a weekly growth meeting from my metrics
A focused weekly growth meeting agenda, metrics view, and experiment review that ends in clear decisions.
The prompt
Help me run an effective weekly growth meeting.
Team attending: [ROLES - e.g. growth, paid, lifecycle, product, data, sales]
North-star and input metrics: [e.g. "weekly new paid accounts" with inputs: traffic, signup rate, activation, conversion]
This week's numbers: [PASTE vs. last week and target]
Experiments live or finished: [LIST with results]
Meeting length: [e.g. 45 minutes]
Produce:
1. A standing agenda with timings:
- Metrics review (10 min): only changes beyond normal variation, each with a one-line explanation or an owner to investigate.
- Experiments finished (15 min): result, learning, decision (ship, iterate, kill).
- Experiments starting (10 min): hypothesis and success metric confirmed.
- Backlog and blockers (5 min).
- Decisions and owners recap (5 min).
2. A one-page pre-read template that people fill in before the meeting, so time isn't spent reading numbers aloud.
3. Using my numbers this week: the 3 things worth discussing, the questions to ask, and anything that looks like noise rather than signal.
4. Rules that keep it productive: no new idea debates without a written hypothesis, decisions logged, a learning library updated weekly.
5. A monthly variant for reviewing velocity (experiments run, win rate, cumulative impact).
Return the agenda, the pre-read template, and this week's discussion points. Work only from the numbers I paste; mark anything missing as [NEED].
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
