The prompt

Help me prepare a pipeline review meeting with one of my reps. Rep and segment: [DETAILS] Meeting length: [e.g. 45 minutes] Rep's quota, closed to date, and forecast call: [NUMBERS] Open pipeline: [paste deals: account, amount, stage, close date, next step, last activity date, days in stage] Our stage definitions or exit criteria: [paste, or "use common B2B stages"] What I'm worried about: [e.g. coverage, slipping dates, stale deals, one big deal] Prepare: 1. A triage of the pipeline: which deals to discuss (largest, closing this period, stuck longest, missing next steps) and which to skip. 2. For each selected deal, 2-3 questions matched to its stage. Early-stage: is the pain real and quantified? Late-stage: who signs, what's the paper process, what could stop it? Avoid yes/no questions. 3. Hygiene issues to fix after the meeting: past close dates, no next step, stage that doesn't match evidence. 4. A coverage check: pipeline for this period and next vs what the rep needs. Return: - A timed agenda. - A table: Deal | Why discuss | Questions | What a good answer sounds like. - A hygiene list for the rep to clean up, with a deadline. - A short follow-up note template summarizing agreed actions and dates. Keep it coaching, not interrogation: the goal is better deals and a more accurate forecast. Use only the deal data I provide; mark missing fields [CONFIRM] rather than guessing.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
