Roll out a process change to frontline staff so it sticks
A rollout plan, communication, and reinforcement routine that gets frontline teams to adopt a new way of working.
The prompt
Help me roll out a process change to my frontline team.
The change: [WHAT'S CHANGING - old way vs. new way]
Why it's changing: [the real reason, including problems with the old way]
Who is affected: [teams, shifts, number of people, languages]
What they'll find hard or annoying: [EXTRA STEPS, LOST HABITS, FEARS]
Go-live date: [DATE]
Support I have: [supervisors, trainers, champions, time for training]
Give me:
1. A stakeholder view: who's affected and how, likely reactions, and who to involve early (including respected frontline people).
2. A rollout sequence: pilot, feedback, adjust, wider rollout - with timings.
3. A 2-minute explanation supervisors can deliver at the start of a shift: what's changing, why, what it means for you, where to get help. Plain language, no corporate speak.
4. Training approach: hands-on demo, a one-page visual job aid, and how to cover all shifts.
5. Reinforcement for the first 30 days: what supervisors check daily, how to coach someone slipping back to the old way, and how to recognize people doing it right.
6. Measures that show adoption (not just "trained"), and when to call it done.
7. An FAQ with honest answers to the 5 toughest questions staff will ask.
If the change affects pay, hours, or contracts, check consultation requirements with HR first.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
