The prompt

Help me prepare a roadmap review for my leadership team. Audience: [WHO - e.g. CEO, CPO, VP Engineering, Sales leader] Time slot: [e.g. 30 minutes, 15 for discussion] Company or product strategy it must support: [GOALS, OKRS] Roadmap items: [THEME, ITEM, STATUS, CONFIDENCE, TARGET QUARTER] Changes since the last review: [ADDED, DROPPED, DELAYED, AND WHY] Decisions or support I need: [e.g. headcount, trade-off approval, scope call] Likely pushback: [CONCERNS I EXPECT] Build: 1. A storyline in 6-10 slides: where we are versus goals, what we learned, the bets for next period grouped by outcome (not a feature list), what we are not doing and why, risks and dependencies, decisions needed. 2. For each slide: headline as a full-sentence takeaway, 3 supporting points, and the chart or visual to use. 3. A 60-second opening that states the ask up front. 4. Answers to the 5 hardest questions they are likely to ask, including "Why is X delayed?" and "Why aren't we doing Y?" Rules: show confidence levels honestly (committed / likely / exploring) rather than firm dates for everything. Use only the data I provide; mark gaps [ADD DATA].

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.
