The prompt

Turn the research below into actionable recommendations for my business. Research or findings: [PASTE - e.g. customer research, market study, survey results, analysis] Our business and goal: [WHAT WE DO and what we're trying to achieve] Constraints: [budget, headcount, timeline, things that are off the table] Who will act on this: [TEAMS OR ROLES] Steps: 1. List the key findings, each with the evidence behind it. 2. For each finding that matters, state the "so what" for our business. 3. Turn those into specific recommendations - an action someone can start, not "improve the customer experience". Return: 1. Recommendations table: | # | Recommendation | Finding it's based on | Expected impact | Effort | Owner | First step | How we'll know it worked | 2. Prioritization - sort into Do now / Plan next / Consider later, using impact vs. effort, and explain the top 3 picks. 3. Quick wins - anything that can be done in under 2 weeks. 4. What the research does not support - tempting actions the evidence doesn't justify. 5. Assumptions and risks for each top recommendation. Rules: - Every recommendation must trace back to a finding; don't add ideas the research doesn't support without labeling them (my suggestion). - Don't invent impact numbers. Use relative estimates (high / medium / low) unless the research gives figures. - These are options for my decision; the final call is mine and my team's.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
