Turn engagement findings into a client storyline with action titles
A pyramid-structured storyline with a governing message, action-title slide headlines, and the evidence each slide needs.
The prompt
Help me turn my engagement findings into a storyline for a client presentation.
Audience: [WHO will be in the room, and the decision-maker]
The decision or action I want from them: [WHAT]
My key findings: [BULLETS]
My recommendations: [BULLETS]
Supporting data and analyses: [WHAT I HAVE]
Time slot and format: [e.g. "30 minutes, steering committee"]
Build the storyline:
1. The governing message: one sentence that answers the client's question.
2. A situation-complication-resolution opening (3-4 sentences) that gets the room aligned before the answer.
3. Three to five key supporting arguments, grouped so they don't overlap.
4. A slide-by-slide outline, where each headline is an action title, a full sentence stating the takeaway ("Churn is concentrated in customers onboarded without training"), not a topic label ("Churn analysis"). Under each: the evidence or chart that proves it.
5. An executive summary slide drafted from the action titles.
6. The order to present in for this audience (answer first, or build up), and why.
7. A test: read the action titles alone and confirm they tell the full story. Flag any that don't.
Use only the findings and data I've shared. Mark gaps with [NEED EVIDENCE].
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
