The prompt

Help me fix the storyline of a presentation I've already drafted. My slides: [PASTE slide titles and content, in current order - or export the outline] Audience: [WHO] What I want them to think, feel, or do at the end: [OUTCOME] Time slot: [MINUTES] Steps: 1. In one sentence, state the story my deck currently tells, judged only from the slide titles. Then state the story it should tell for this audience and outcome. 2. Diagnose the flow: where the main point arrives too late, where slides jump without a link, where the audience gets detail before they know why it matters, and where the deck ends without an ask. 3. Choose the storyline pattern that fits best (situation-complication-resolution, problem-insight-recommendation, past-present-future, or options-to-recommendation) and say why. Return: 1. A table: | New # | Old # | Slide | Keep / Rewrite headline / Merge with # / Move to appendix / Cut | Reason | 2. Rewritten headlines as full-sentence takeaways, so reading the headlines alone tells the story. 3. Missing slides I need to add, with what each should contain. 4. One-line spoken transitions between each section. Don't add new facts or claims; work only with what is in my slides and mark gaps as [ADD].

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
