Turn a paragraph or text-heavy slide into a visual slide
Converts a block of text or a wordy slide into one clear slide with a headline and a diagram you can build in PowerPoint.
The prompt
Turn this text into one clear, visual slide.
Text or current slide content: [PASTE the paragraph or the slide's text]
Where this slide sits in the deck: [e.g. "explains our new approval process, after the problem slide"]
Audience: [WHO]
Tools I'm using: [PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote]
Steps:
1. Identify the single message this slide must land, and the relationship in the content: sequence, cycle, comparison, hierarchy, cause and effect, parts of a whole, before/after, or a matrix.
2. Pick the visual that shows that relationship (process arrows, timeline, 2x2, pyramid, Venn, side-by-side columns, icon grid, big number, or a simple chart).
Return:
1. A headline as a full-sentence takeaway.
2. The recommended visual, with build instructions: number and type of shapes, layout and position, the short label (under 6 words) in each, arrows or connectors, and what to emphasize with color.
3. The few words that stay on the slide (target under 30).
4. What moves to speaker notes, written as notes.
5. Two alternative visual concepts in one line each, and when each would be better.
Keep the meaning of my text intact. If the text contains more than one message, say so and suggest splitting it into slides.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
