Improve how I deliver a talk or presentation
Coaching on structure, delivery, nerves, and audience engagement for an upcoming talk.
The prompt
Coach me for an upcoming talk.
Talk: [TOPIC, audience, length, format (in person / online)]
My experience level: [beginner / some experience / experienced]
What worries me: [e.g. nerves, rambling, filler words, Q&A, keeping attention]
My script or outline (optional): [PASTE]
Give me:
1. Structure check — is the opening strong, is there one clear message, does it end with impact? Suggest specific fixes.
2. Delivery plan — pacing, pauses, where to emphasize, how to use slides without reading them.
3. Nerves — practical techniques for before and during.
4. Engagement — 2–3 ways to involve this audience.
5. Rehearsal plan — what to practice, how many times, and how to get useful feedback.
Then offer to run a mock Q&A: ask me one tough question at a time and give feedback on each answer.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
