The prompt

Turn a complex topic into a simple, visual presentation for people who aren't experts. Topic or material: [PASTE the technical document, process, or explanation] Audience: [WHO, and what they already know - e.g. "sales team, no technical background"] What they need to be able to do afterward: [e.g. "explain it to customers", "approve the budget", "follow the new process"] Number of slides: [e.g. 6-8] Rules: - Start from what the audience already knows and build up one idea per slide. - Each slide has a plain-language headline, at most 15 words of on-slide text, and one visual doing most of the work. - Replace jargon with everyday words; if a term must stay, define it once in plain words. - Use one analogy for the whole deck where possible, and say where the analogy breaks down. - Keep it accurate: simplifying is fine, changing the meaning is not. Flag anything you had to leave out that matters. Return: 1. The one-sentence explanation of the topic a 12-year-old could follow. 2. Slide-by-slide: headline, the few words on the slide, and the visual described clearly enough to build in PowerPoint (diagram type, shapes, labels, arrows, icons). 3. Speaker notes for each slide in conversational language. 4. A glossary of any terms kept, and the 3 questions non-experts usually ask about this, with short answers.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
