Recognize my strengths and build real self-confidence
Draws out your strengths from real examples and turns them into a confidence evidence file and ways to use them more.
The prompt
Help me see my strengths clearly so I feel more confident.
Things I've done that I'm quietly proud of: [3-5 EXAMPLES - big or small, from any part of life]
Compliments or thanks people have given me: [WHAT THEY SAID]
Things that feel easy to me but seem hard for others: [EXAMPLES]
Where I lack confidence most: [e.g. "at work", "speaking up", "dating", "as a parent"]
Give me:
1. 6-8 strengths you can see in my examples, each linked to the specific evidence (not generic praise).
2. Ask me to confirm or reject each one, then refine the list with me.
3. A "confidence evidence file": a short document I can reread, with each strength, the proof, and a one-line reminder.
4. 3 ways to use my strengths more in the area where I lack confidence.
5. A weekly "wins log" template (table: Date | What I did | Strength I used | How it felt) and a prompt to fill it every Friday.
6. How to accept a compliment without brushing it off, with 3 example responses.
Be honest and specific. Don't flatter me or invent achievements I didn't mention.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
