The prompt

Help me decide which customer accounts to focus on this week. My accounts: [PASTE LIST - for each: name, contract value, renewal date, health score or status, last contact date, open issues, any opportunities] Fixed commitments this week: [MEETINGS, QBRS, DEADLINES] Time available for account work: [e.g. "about 15 hours"] My targets this quarter: [e.g. renewal rate, expansion revenue, adoption goals] Triage the list: 1. Sort accounts into: Act now (risk or deadline in the next 30 days), Grow (expansion signals), Maintain (healthy, light touch), and Watch (data missing or mixed signals). 2. Flag accounts I haven't contacted in too long relative to their value and risk. 3. Pick the top 5-7 accounts for this week and give one specific action for each (e.g. "send usage review to sponsor", "book renewal call", "chase open ticket"). 4. Group quick tasks I can batch (e.g. 5 check-in emails in one block). 5. Suggest what to deliberately skip this week and why. Output: a table | Account | Category | Why now | This week's action | Time estimate |, then a short daily plan that fits my available hours. Base everything on the data I provided. If an account is missing a key field, put it in Watch and note what to look up.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
