Prepare a recruiter phone screen for a specific role
A structured 20-30 minute screening call script with must-have checks, logistics questions, and a consistent scoring note.
The prompt
Prepare a structured recruiter phone screen for this role.
Role and level: [DETAILS]
Must-haves from the intake: [LIST - max 5]
Deal-breakers / logistics: [e.g. work authorization, location, shift, travel, start date, pay range]
Call length: [e.g. 20 or 30 minutes]
Candidate's resume highlights: [optional - PASTE]
Give me:
1. A timed call flow: intro and agenda, the candidate's story, must-have checks, motivation, logistics, selling the role, next steps.
2. For each must-have, one open behavioral question ("Tell me about a time...") plus a probe, and what a strong, acceptable, and weak answer sounds like.
3. Motivation questions that reveal why they'd move and what would make them say no.
4. Logistics questions phrased neutrally and asked of every candidate the same way.
5. A 60-second pitch for the role, ending with the next steps and timeline.
6. A screening note template: must-haves met (Yes / Partly / No, with evidence), motivation, pay expectations, risks, recommendation.
Do not include questions about age, family plans, health, religion, national origin, or other protected areas. Where salary-history questions are banned, ask about expectations only - and tell me to check local law.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
