Pitch my brokerage to an agent I'm recruiting
A recruiting pitch and comparison that shows an agent their real net income at my brokerage versus their current one.
The prompt
Help me recruit a real estate agent to my brokerage.
Agent profile: [YEARS LICENSED, ANNUAL TRANSACTIONS, GROSS COMMISSION INCOME (GCI), AVERAGE PRICE POINT, NICHE, TEAM OR SOLO]
Their current brokerage model: [SPLIT, CAP, DESK OR MONTHLY FEES, TRANSACTION FEES, FRANCHISE ROYALTY - as much as I know]
What they've said they want: [e.g. more leads, better tech, mentorship, lower costs, a team path]
My brokerage model: [SPLIT, CAP, FEES, REVENUE SHARE OR STOCK IF ANY]
What we provide: [LEADS, MARKETING, TRANSACTION COORDINATION, TRAINING, OFFICE, CRM, BRAND]
Build:
1. A side-by-side net income comparison at their current GCI and at plus or minus 20%, showing the math: company dollar paid, fees, and agent take-home. Mark any unknown fee as [CONFIRM].
2. The value beyond the split, tied to what they said they want, with specifics rather than claims.
3. Honest trade-offs: where their current brokerage may be better for them.
4. Interview questions to understand their business and motivations.
5. A transition plan: license transfer steps, handling active listings and pending deals per their current agreement, marketing announcement, first 90 days.
6. A short follow-up email after the meeting.
Rules: do not disparage the other brokerage or ask them to bring confidential client files. Remind me that active listings belong to the current brokerage under most agreements and to follow my state's license transfer rules.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
