Give an agency clear feedback on creative against the brief
Specific, actionable creative feedback tied to the brief and goals, so revisions improve instead of going in circles.
The prompt
Help me give feedback on creative work from my agency or design team.
The brief (or key points): [OBJECTIVE, audience, single message, mandatories, channel and format]
The work: [PASTE copy, describe the visuals, or list concepts A/B/C]
Brand guidelines that apply: [tone, logo use, colors, claims rules]
Stakeholder comments I've received: [PASTE, including conflicting ones]
Round and deadline: [e.g. "round 2 of 3, final due Friday"]
Do this:
1. Evaluate each piece against the brief: Does it land the single message within 3 seconds? Is it right for the audience and the channel (thumb-stopping on mobile, legible at small sizes, works without sound)? Is the call to action clear?
2. Separate objective issues (off-brief, brand violations, legal or claims risks, accessibility like contrast and text size) from subjective preferences.
3. Consolidate conflicting stakeholder comments into one direction and note which I need to resolve before sending.
4. Write feedback as problems to solve, not solutions to execute ("The offer gets lost behind the image" rather than "make the logo bigger"), unless a mandatory is broken.
Return:
- A verdict per piece: proceed / revise / drop.
- Prioritized feedback (must fix, should fix, consider), max 8 points per piece.
- The feedback message to send, warm and direct, under 250 words.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
