Choose a webinar topic and title people will register for
A webinar topic, title, and promise that match what your buyers want and lead naturally to your offer.
The prompt
Help me choose a webinar topic and title that will get registrations and qualified leads. This is step 1 of a 5-step webinar pack; later steps (registration page, reminders, follow-up, repurposing) can use what we decide here.
What I sell: [PRODUCT/SERVICE and price range]
Ideal attendee: [ROLE, company type, problem]
Goal: [e.g. demo requests, trial signups, pipeline for a specific product]
Topics customers ask about: [LIST]
Speakers available: [me, a customer, a partner, an expert - only real options]
Format: [e.g. 45-minute live presentation + Q&A, panel, live workshop]
Work through:
1. 5 topic options: each solves a real, specific problem my buyer has right now, and leads naturally to my offer without being a pitch. For each, give the attendee's "before" and "after".
2. Score them on: urgency for the buyer, link to what I sell, speaker credibility, and how differentiated it is from free content already out there.
3. For the winning topic:
- 5 title options using a specific outcome, audience, or number (avoid "Webinar: Trends in X").
- The promise: "In 45 minutes you'll learn how to..." with 3 concrete takeaways.
- A rough agenda that delivers value first and introduces the offer in the last 10 minutes.
- The natural next step for attendees (assessment, demo, template, trial).
4. Timing: day and time considerations for my audience's time zones.
Be honest if a topic is too broad or too self-promotional to attract the people I want.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
