The prompt

Review my launch results and plan what comes next. This is step 5 of a launch pack; it works on its own, but paste your launch goal and plan from earlier steps if you have them. What launched and when: [DETAILS] The goal we set: [TARGET] Results by channel: [visits, signups, trials, demos, sales, by source - paste what you have] Qualitative feedback: [comments, support tickets, sales notes, reviews] What went wrong or surprised us: [NOTES] Capacity for the next 30 days: [hours/people/budget] Analyze: 1. Result vs. goal, and whether the goal was realistic. 2. Which channels drove quality (activation or revenue), not just volume. Point out where tracking gaps make a conclusion uncertain. 3. Top 3 objections or confusion points from feedback, and the copy or product fix for each. 4. Who signed up vs. who we expected. Then plan the next 30 days: - Turn launch assets into evergreen content (customer stories, how-to posts, comparison page). - Follow up with signups who didn't activate. - Double down on the 1-2 channels that worked; stop or test-fix the rest. - One "second wave" moment (e.g. a webinar, a feature update, a partner post) around day 14-21. Return: a one-paragraph verdict, an analysis table (Channel | Volume | Quality signal | Keep / Fix / Stop), and a week-by-week 30-day plan. Base conclusions only on the data I gave; flag anything that needs more data.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
