The prompt

Build an idea bank for my content from what my customers actually say. This is step 1 of a 4-step content engine pack; later steps (weekly anchor piece, batch production day, monthly review) can use this idea bank. Audience: [WHO] Content pillars: [LIST - or "suggest groupings"] Raw material: [paste any mix of: sales call notes, support tickets, customer emails, reviews, comments, forum threads, survey answers, questions from webinars] What I sell: [PRODUCT/SERVICE] Steps: 1. Extract every distinct question, complaint, objection, misconception, and "how do I..." from the raw material. Keep the customer's own words. 2. Cluster them by pillar and by buyer stage: unaware of the problem, exploring solutions, comparing options, using the product. 3. Turn each into a content idea with a working title, the angle (how-to, myth vs. reality, story, comparison, checklist, teardown), and the best format. 4. Score each idea 1-3 on: how often it came up, closeness to a buying decision, and my ability to say something original. Return: 1. A table: Idea title | Customer's words (quote) | Pillar | Stage | Angle | Format | Score. 2. The top 10 to make first. 3. Gaps: stages or pillars with few ideas, and where to listen next to fill them. 4. A simple way to keep adding to this bank weekly (a capture habit and template). Only use quotes that appear in my raw material; don't invent customer language.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
