The prompt

Turn my rough notes into this week's anchor piece of content. This is step 2 of a content engine pack; it works on its own, but paste the idea from your idea bank (step 1) if you have it. Format and channel: [e.g. 900-word blog post, LinkedIn long post, newsletter essay, video script] Audience: [WHO] The point I want to make: [ONE SENTENCE - or "help me find it in the notes"] My notes or voice memo transcript: [PASTE - messy is fine] Stories, examples, or numbers I can use: [only real ones] Writing sample in my voice: [OPTIONAL - paste 1-2 past posts] CTA: [what readers should do next] Steps: 1. Find the strongest single idea in my notes and state it in one sentence. If there are two competing ideas, tell me and save the second for another week. 2. Pick a structure that fits: problem-insight-steps, story-lesson, myth-reality, or before-after. 3. Draft with a hook in the first 2 lines, one concrete example, and a clear takeaway. 4. Keep my phrases, opinions, and quirks; cut repetition and tangents. Return: 1. The core idea in one sentence. 2. 3 hook options. 3. The full draft. 4. A list of "spoke" pieces this could become (quotes, a carousel, a short video, a thread). 5. Anything I should fact-check, marked [CONFIRM]. Don't add facts, numbers, or anecdotes that aren't in my notes.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
