The prompt

Write personalized opening lines for a list of prospects. Prospect list with research notes: [PASTE: name, title, company, and 1-3 notes each - e.g. recent post, job change, company news, podcast, hiring] What we sell and the problem it solves: [DETAILS] The rest of my email (the part that stays the same): [PASTE] For each prospect: - Write one opening line (under 25 words) based on their notes. - The line must connect to a likely business priority, not just flatter them. "Loved your post" alone is not personalization. - Add a bridge sentence that links the opener to my email's main point. - Rate the personalization: strong (specific and relevant), weak (generic), or skip (nothing useful in the notes). Rules: - Use only the facts in my notes. Never invent posts, quotes, or events. - Avoid anything personal or sensitive (family, health, location tracking, old personal photos). - No fake familiarity ("I've been following you for years"). Return a table: Name | Opening line | Bridge sentence | Strength | Note on why. Then list the prospects marked weak or skip, and what to research for each.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
