Write a sales call script
Cold call, follow-up, or demo call scripts that sound natural and handle common responses.
The prompt
Write a sales call script.
Call type: [cold call / follow-up / demo booking / closing / personalized video]
Product and core value: [WHAT / WHY IT MATTERS]
Who I'm calling: [ROLE, company type, what I know about them]
Goal of the call: [e.g. book a 20-minute meeting]
Deliver:
1. Opener (first 10 seconds): permission-based and relevant — no "How are you today?"
2. Reason for calling, tied to a likely problem.
3. 2–3 discovery questions.
4. Value statement tailored to their answer.
5. Responses to the 5 most likely replies ("not interested", "send me an email", "we already use X", "no budget", "call me later").
6. Close — a specific next step.
7. Voicemail (under 25 seconds) and a follow-up email.
It should sound like a conversation, not a pitch. Mark the [VARIABLES] I personalize per call.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
