Write a resume summary for my target role
Writes three short, specific resume summaries for a target role from your experience, without buzzwords or invented claims.
The prompt
Write a professional summary for the top of my resume.
Target role and level: [e.g. senior data analyst]
Years of experience and field: [DETAILS]
My strongest 2–3 achievements: [ACHIEVEMENTS]
Key skills the job asks for: [PASTE FROM JOB DESCRIPTION]
Industry or company type I'm targeting: [DETAILS]
Task: Write three versions (concise 2 lines, standard 3–4 lines, and one that leads with a headline-style title).
Each version must:
- Say who I am professionally and what I'm best at, in the first sentence.
- Include one concrete achievement or scale.
- Use two or three of the job's keywords where they truthfully describe me.
- Avoid first-person pronouns and empty adjectives.
Never add skills or achievements I haven't listed; use [ADD DETAIL] where something is missing.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
