The prompt

Write the email and SMS sequence for my seasonal sale. This is step 3 of a seasonal campaign pack; it works on its own, but paste your timeline (step 1) and offer messaging sheet (step 2) if you have them. Offer, dates, and exclusions: [DETAILS] Featured products: [LIST] Email list segments: [e.g. VIP/repeat buyers, one-time buyers, subscribers who never bought] SMS list size and consent status: [DETAILS - only people who opted in to marketing texts] Brand voice: [DETAILS] Shipping cutoff date: [DATE] Return a sequence table first: Send date/time | Channel | Segment | Purpose. Then write: 1. Teaser email (2-5 days before): what's coming and when; early access invitation for VIPs. 2. Early access email (VIPs only). 3. Launch email: offer up front, hero products, clear CTA. 4. Mid-sale email: a different angle, e.g. a gift guide, bestsellers, or a customer favorite. 5. Shipping cutoff email (if relevant). 6. Last-chance email: sent when the sale actually ends soon. 7. SMS messages (3-4): under 160 characters with brand name, offer, link, and opt-out wording ("Reply STOP to opt out"). For each email: 3 subject lines, preview text, body under 150 words, one CTA. Rules: Respect frequency; suggest suppressing recent purchasers from "last chance" messages. Follow SMS quiet hours and consent rules for my region. Never say "final hours" unless it's true.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
