Write a babysitter info sheet with emergency details
A one-page guide for sitters with routines, house rules, allergies, and step-by-step emergency instructions.
The prompt
Write a clear, one-page information sheet for our babysitter or caregiver.
Kids: [names, ages]
Routines: [meals, naps, bedtime steps, screen rules]
Allergies, medical conditions, medications: [DETAILS, including where medicines are kept and how to use them]
House rules and things to avoid: [e.g. "no snacks after 7", "back door sticks", "dog not allowed upstairs"]
Contacts: [parents' numbers, backup adult, neighbor, pediatrician]
Home address and nearest cross street: [ADDRESS]
Practical info: [Wi-Fi, where the first-aid kit, flashlight, and fire extinguisher are]
Organize it into:
1. At-a-glance box: address, parent numbers, emergency number for my country, allergies in bold.
2. Each child: routine, comfort tips, what calms them down.
3. Food and bedtime schedule in a short table.
4. House rules (sitter-friendly, not a long list).
5. "If something goes wrong": step-by-step for an allergic reaction, an injury, a child who won't settle, a lost child, and a fire. Always: call emergency services first for anything serious, then call me.
6. A blank notes section for the sitter to tell me how the evening went.
Use short lines and headings so it's readable in a hurry. Use [ADD] wherever I haven't given details; never make up medical instructions.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Chain-of-Thought structure (Chain-of-thought prompting). A chain-of-thought prompt asks the model to work through a problem step by step before giving its answer, which tends to help on reasoning, planning and multi-part questions.
