Turn my job duties into achievement-focused resume bullets
Rewrites duty-style resume lines into concise achievement bullets with results, and flags where you need to add a real number.
The prompt
Act as an experienced resume writer.
Target role: [JOB TITLE]
My current bullets or duties: [PASTE]
Results I remember (even rough): [e.g. cut response time, trained 5 people, grew sales]
Task: Rewrite each duty as an achievement bullet.
1. Use the pattern: strong action verb + what I did + the result or scale.
2. Keep each bullet to one or two lines (under 25 words).
3. Lead with the bullets most relevant to the target role.
4. Where a result needs a number I haven't given, write [ADD METRIC] rather than guessing.
5. Show a before/after table, then the final list ready to paste.
Rules: never invent results, tools or responsibilities; keep the language plain and specific; avoid clichés such as "results-driven" and "team player".
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
