The prompt

Turn the process below into a playbook my team can run. Process or situation: [e.g. "onboarding a new enterprise client", "handling a product recall", "running quarterly planning"] How we do it today: [PASTE steps, notes, past examples, or existing docs] Team and roles involved: [ROLES] What goes wrong today: [common failures or delays] Tools we use: [e.g. Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Excel] The playbook should include: 1. Purpose and trigger - when to use this playbook and when not to. 2. Roles - a RACI-style table of who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed. 3. The plays - phases in order. For each: goal, steps, owner, timing, inputs, outputs, and the "done" check. 4. Decision points - where the team must choose a path, and the criteria. 5. Scripts and templates - the key messages, emails, or meeting agendas needed, drafted briefly. 6. Variations - how the playbook changes for common scenarios (e.g. small vs. large client, urgent vs. normal). 7. Pitfalls - what usually goes wrong and how to prevent it. 8. Measures - 3-5 metrics that show the playbook is working. 9. Review - who owns the playbook and when it gets updated. Keep it practical and scannable. Base it on our process; mark any step you added from general practice as (suggested) and any missing detail as [CONFIRM].

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
