Help me set up social listening to track what people say about my brand and competitors. Tool options for my budget, from free native platform search and alerts to paid listening tools, with what each can and can't see (some platforms limit data access). 4. A tagging scheme for sentiment, topic, and intent, with rules so tagging stays consistent. 5. Alert rules: what triggers an immediate alert (spike in negative mentions, a viral complaint, a safety issue) and who gets it. 6. A monthly report template: volume, share of voice, sentiment trend, top themes, competitor comparisons, notable posts, and recommended actions. Respect platform terms of service and user privacy: analyze public posts in aggregate and don't profile individual users.
