Prepare a signature pack with a summary of what's being signed
A cover sheet that tells my executive what each document is, what they're committing to, and what to check before signing.
The prompt
Help me prepare a signature and approval pack for my executive.
Documents in the pack: [for each: title, type (contract, NDA, purchase order, policy, letter, board resolution), counterparty, who prepared it, who already approved it]
Key details from each: [PASTE THE RELEVANT CLAUSES, AMOUNTS, DATES, OR THE COVER EMAIL]
Approval rules: [e.g. "contracts over $50k need legal sign-off", "CFO approves all POs first"]
Deadline: [WHEN IT MUST BE SIGNED]
Create a cover sheet with, for each document:
1. What it is, in one plain sentence.
2. What signing commits the company or my executive to: value, term, renewal, key obligations - only from what I've provided.
3. Approvals already obtained vs. required by our rules - flag any gaps.
4. Points to check: blanks not filled in, dates or names that don't match, missing pages or schedules, wrong legal entity, signature blocks in the wrong name.
5. Signing method (wet ink, e-signature platform, witness or notarization needed) - mark [CONFIRM].
6. Deadline and who to return it to.
Order the documents by urgency. This cover sheet summarizes; it isn't legal review. Anything unusual or high-value should go to legal before my executive signs, and I'll say so on the sheet.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
