The prompt

Create a promotion plan for a podcast episode that I can repeat every week. This is step 4 of a podcast launch pack; it works on its own, but paste the show notes and quotes from step 3 if you have them. Show and episode: [NAME, TITLE, GUEST] Episode summary and best moments: [SUMMARY + TIMESTAMPS] My channels: [e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, newsletter, community] Time I can spend promoting per episode: [HOURS] Current listeners per episode: [NUMBER or "just starting"] Return: 1. Clip picks (3): timestamps, why each works as a standalone (hook in the first 3 seconds, one complete idea, under 60 seconds), and on-screen caption text. 2. Posts per channel: one native post each (not the same text everywhere), plus a short version for stories. 3. Newsletter blurb (under 100 words) with a reason to listen now. 4. Guest share kit: a short message to the guest with 2 ready posts, the clip, and the link; make sharing easy, not obligatory. 5. Release-week schedule: what goes out on which day. 6. Weekly routine: a 30-minute checklist so this doesn't eat my week. 7. Growth levers beyond posting: guesting on other shows, cross-promo swaps, directory categories, a "start here" playlist. Pick the 2 that fit my stage. Keep it realistic for my time budget; tell me what to skip if I'm short on hours.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
