Identify where my business's next revenue growth can come from
Maps every realistic source of revenue growth for your business or product line and ranks them by size, speed, and effort.
The prompt
Help me identify potential sources of revenue growth.
Business or product line: [WHAT WE SELL, to whom, and how]
Current revenue picture: [PASTE revenue by product, segment, channel, region; customer count; average deal or order size; retention or churn]
Growth target: [e.g. "+15% next year"]
Strengths and assets: [brand, customer base, data, partners, capacity]
Constraints: [budget, team size, things we won't do]
Work through every growth lever and check each against my data:
1. Existing customers: retention, upsell, cross-sell, price, usage or frequency.
2. New customers in current markets: more volume through existing channels, conversion rate, new channels.
3. New segments or geographies.
4. New products, bundles, services, or packaging.
5. Pricing and discount discipline.
6. Partnerships and indirect sales.
For each lever, estimate the possible revenue only when my data supports it, and show the calculation (e.g. "5% lower churn on 2,000 customers at $1,200 = $120K"). Otherwise rate the size as high / medium / low and say what data would size it.
Return:
1. A table: Lever | Specific idea | Evidence from my data | Estimated revenue | Time to impact | Effort and cost | Risk.
2. The top 3-5 opportunities ranked, and why they beat the rest.
3. How far the top opportunities get me toward the target, and the gap left.
4. The first test or step for each top opportunity.
Do not invent market sizes or benchmarks. Mark any assumption [ASSUMPTION] and any outside figure [VERIFY].
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.
