The prompt

Diagnose why my outbound email sequence isn't getting replies, and tell me what to test. Sequence copy: [PASTE EACH EMAIL WITH SUBJECT LINE] Metrics per step: [sent, delivered, bounce rate, open rate if tracked, reply rate, positive reply rate, unsubscribes] Target list: [PERSONA, HOW THE LIST WAS BUILT, LIST SIZE] Sending setup: [sending volume per mailbox per day, whether domains are warmed, tracking links on/off] Benchmarks I'm comparing to: [MY TEAM'S HISTORY, if any] Diagnose in this order, since earlier problems hide later ones: 1. Deliverability: bounces, spam signals, too many links or images, tracking pixels, volume per mailbox. Note that open rates are unreliable because of privacy features. 2. Targeting: is this persona likely to feel this pain? Is the list fresh and accurate? 3. Message: relevance in the first line, clarity of the problem, size of the ask, length, jargon, "we/our" vs "you/your" balance. 4. Sequence: angle variety, spacing, and whether later steps add anything new. Return: 1. The most likely bottleneck, with evidence from my numbers. 2. A line-by-line critique of email one. 3. A rewritten email one. 4. Three A/B tests ranked by expected impact, each with a hypothesis and the sample size needed to read a result. Don't treat small differences as meaningful when the sample is small; say so.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
