The prompt

Analyze my recruiting funnel data and tell me where we're losing candidates. Data: [PASTE ATS export or numbers by stage - e.g. applied, screened, hiring manager review, interviews, offer, accepted; with dates and source if available] Roles covered and time period: [DETAILS] Targets or benchmarks we use: [e.g. time to fill, offer acceptance rate - or "none"] Known context: [e.g. hiring freeze, new interview process, a new job board] Do the following: 1. Calculate pass-through rates between each stage, time in each stage, and overall time to fill, by role and by source if the data allows. 2. Identify the 3 biggest bottlenecks and the likely causes (e.g. slow hiring manager review, a screen that's too strict, offers below market, a source bringing low-quality applicants). 3. Compare sources on quality (how many reach interview and offer), not just volume. 4. If demographic data is included and was collected lawfully, check stage-by-stage pass-through for signs of adverse impact and flag where to look closer. Tell me to involve HR or legal before acting on it. 5. Recommend 3-5 fixes with the metric each should move. Output: a summary table, the findings in plain language, and a short note I can share with leadership. Only use the numbers I provide; state where small sample sizes make a conclusion unreliable.

How this prompt is built
