Write short product blurbs in bulk from a spreadsheet
Unique, keyword-aware product summaries for every row of your product sheet, returned in a paste-ready column.
The prompt
Write a short product blurb for every row of my product spreadsheet.
Product rows: [PASTE rows with headers - e.g. product name, category, material or key specs, main keyword]
What the blurb should focus on: [e.g. "fabric features and benefits", "key specs", "use cases"]
Word or character limit: [e.g. "max 50 words"]
Where it appears: [e.g. "product page under the title", "category listing", "marketplace bullet"]
Brand voice: [e.g. "warm and practical", "premium and minimal"]
Words to avoid: [e.g. claims we can't make, competitor names]
Rules for every blurb:
- Open with a specific, engaging phrase about what the product does for the buyer, not a generic opener; vary the openings across rows.
- Include that row's keyword once, naturally.
- Use only the facts in that row. If a row lacks enough detail, write [NEEDS DETAIL: what's missing] instead of inventing features.
- Turn features into benefits (e.g. "moisture-wicking" becomes staying dry on long walks).
- No two blurbs may share a sentence or repeat the same structure back to back.
- Stay within the limit; no health, safety, or environmental claims unless the row states them.
Return a table: Row ID | Product name | Blurb | Word count. Then list any rows flagged for missing detail so I can fix them in the sheet.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
