1. About me section (under 1,000 characters).
2. How to respond section (under 1,000 characters) with specific, testable rules.
3. For a Project or custom GPT: a full instruction set — purpose, scope, behavior rules, how to use the reference files, and what to do when unsure.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
