The prompt

Turn my notes into a well-structured report. Notes: [PASTE - bullets, fragments, numbers, quotes, half-sentences are fine] Report purpose: [e.g. "monthly update to leadership", "findings from our pilot", "incident summary"] Audience: [WHO WILL READ IT] Length: [e.g. "2 pages", "under 800 words"] Template or headings to follow, if any: [OPTIONAL] Do this: 1. Work out the main message my notes support and put it in a short executive summary (3-5 sentences) at the top. 2. Group the notes into logical sections with clear headings (for example: background, what we found, what it means, recommendations, next steps). 3. Write in full, plain sentences. Use tables for comparisons or numbers, bullets only for lists of 3+ items. 4. End with next steps: action, owner, date. Then return: - The report. - Gaps: points where my notes are thin, contradictory, or missing data, marked in the text as [ADD: ...]. - Cut list: anything from my notes you left out and why. Rules: - Use only the facts, numbers, and names in my notes. Do not invent figures, quotes, or results. - Keep my meaning; if a note is ambiguous, ask in a [CONFIRM: ...] marker rather than guess.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
