[PASTE TEXT]
Remove the common AI tells:
- Stock openers and closers ("In today's fast-paced world", "In conclusion", "I hope this helps").
- Buzzwords and inflated words (delve, leverage, seamless, robust, unlock, elevate, game-changer, landscape, tapestry).
- Formulaic patterns: "It's not X, it's Y", rule-of-three lists everywhere, every paragraph the same length, excessive em dashes.
- Generic claims with no specifics; hedging that says nothing.
Then make it human:
- Vary sentence length. Use concrete details and plain words.
- Keep my meaning, facts, and structure unless a change clearly helps.
- Do not add fake personal anecdotes or invented facts.
Return the rewritten text, then a short list of the patterns you removed.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
