The prompt

Turn my paper into a conference presentation. Paper or abstract and key figures: [PASTE or describe] Time slot: [e.g. "12 minutes + 3 for questions"] Audience: [e.g. "specialists in my subfield" or "broad interdisciplinary session"] The one thing I want people to remember: [MESSAGE] Constraints: [template, slide limit, recording, language] Rules: - A talk is not the paper: cut most of the literature review and secondary analyses. Aim for roughly one slide per minute. - Structure: hook and question, why it matters, what we did (just enough method to trust the result), the key result(s), what it means, limitations, take-home message. - Each slide gets an assertion-style headline (a full-sentence claim), not a topic label. - Simplify figures from the paper: one point per figure, larger fonts, highlight the comparison that matters. Return: 1. A slide-by-slide outline: # | Headline | Visual | Talking points | Seconds. 2. Which paper content to move to backup slides. 3. Speaker notes for the opening and closing 30 seconds. 4. Five likely audience questions with short answers drawn only from my paper.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
