Turn a repeat project into a productized service offer
A fixed-scope, fixed-price service package built from work I've done before, with a delivery process and sales page outline.
The prompt
Help me turn work I've done repeatedly for clients into a productized service.
The type of project I keep doing: [DESCRIPTION]
How I usually deliver it: [STEPS, tools, time per step]
Typical clients who buy it: [WHO]
What I've charged in the past: [RANGE]
What varies from client to client: [the parts that make it custom]
Design:
1. The offer: name, the specific outcome, who it's for and not for, what's included, what's excluded, turnaround time, and a fixed price (or a reasoned range based on my past fees).
2. How to standardize the variable parts: an intake form, set options, or optional add-ons at a fixed price.
3. A delivery process: step-by-step, with templates or checklists to create, and which steps could be delegated or automated.
4. Margin check: hours per delivery once standardized vs. the price, and how many I could deliver per month.
5. A sales page outline: headline, the problem, what you get, process, timeline, price, FAQs, and the call to action.
6. How this fits with my custom work: a lead-in to bigger projects, or a replacement for them.
7. A small launch test with past clients or my network.
Use my numbers for pricing and time. Mark assumptions as [CONFIRM].
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Chain-of-Thought structure (Chain-of-thought prompting). A chain-of-thought prompt asks the model to work through a problem step by step before giving its answer, which tends to help on reasoning, planning and multi-part questions.
