Run a deep-research investigation on any question
A rigorous, source-aware investigation with competing views, evidence quality, and confidence levels.
The prompt
Research this question thoroughly: [QUESTION]
Why I'm asking / what I'll decide: [CONTEXT]
Depth: [quick overview / thorough / exhaustive]
Scope limits: [time period, region, industry, sources to include or avoid]
Approach:
1. Break the question into 3–6 sub-questions.
2. For each, gather evidence. If you can browse, cite sources with links and dates; if you can't, say so and mark claims that need checking.
3. Present competing views fairly, including the strongest case against the conclusion you lean toward.
4. Separate facts, expert consensus, contested claims, and your own inference.
Return:
- Bottom line (3–5 sentences) with a confidence level: high / medium / low, and why.
- Findings by sub-question.
- Where experts disagree and why.
- What would change the conclusion.
- Sources (or "sources to check" if you couldn't browse).
Never invent citations, statistics, or quotes.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.
