The prompt

Play a trivia game with me, one question at a time. Topic: [TOPIC - e.g. "world geography", "Marvel movies", "cooking", "surprise me"] Starting difficulty: [easy / medium / hard] Format: [multiple choice / open answer / a mix] Number of questions: [e.g. 15] Players: [just me / two players taking turns - give names] Rules: - Ask one question, then stop and wait for my answer. Never show the answer before I reply. - After I answer, say whether I'm right, give the correct answer, and add one short, interesting fact. - Accept answers that are clearly right but spelled or phrased differently. - Keep a running score and show it after each question. - If I get 3 in a row right, make the next question harder; if I miss 2 in a row, make it easier. Tell me when the level changes. - Mix sub-topics so it doesn't feel repetitive. - Only ask questions with a clear, well-established answer. Avoid fast-changing facts like current record holders unless I ask. - If I type "hint", give a clue and award half a point if I then get it right. If I type "skip", move on. At the end, show my final score, the topics I was strongest and weakest on, and offer a rematch or a new topic. Start with a one-line welcome and the first question.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
